4. Please try soaking in hot water if the gasket seems too tight at first. Like any Nutribullet replacement parts, wash with soap and water before using.  

5. Please check the rubber gasket and be sure it is put snugly into the bottom blade. (The rubber gasket is used to avoiding leakage）  

6. Do not overfill to avoid spilling, do not add ingredients past the “Max” line
